So, who is Frederick Pearce, really?
    I was born in England; lived in Germany, the Caribbean, Kuwait and other Gulf states. Since 1987 my home has been Houston, Texas. I have travelled to 39 different countries. I do business through Pearman Cooperation Alliance. I have experience in the corporate world plus 3 decades starting, developing, and growing various small businesses of my own.
    I bought my first computer in 1977 - 8 years before IBM supposedly started the PC revolution - and I have been using a personal computer since then almost exclusively in a business context.
    Personal Coach / Business Mentor. I have learned to apply my work experience to the field of Personal Coaching. I work with people who own their own business to develop personal and/or business strategies that will grow their company and improve their personal life; and then work together to implement those strategies, as a mentor or coach.     Public Speaker. Since joining Toastmasters International, I have gained the designation CC-S - Advanced Toastmaster-Competent Communicator Silver. I have competed in several speaking contests winning on a local basis and competing at Area level. I like to speak on self-improvement and business topics, and conservation. (More)
    Business Consultant. I consult with small business owners to help them grow their companies. I write articles and commentaries on matters relating to small business based on my own experience in this field.
    Tactics and Strategy. Companies, large and small, need strategic and tactical plans to accomplish their goals. Without goals and a strategy and planning, no company can grow in a meaningful way. I have guided several companies and many projects in determining their goals, preparing their plans and achieving positive end results.
    Joint Ventures. A construction project must be the ultimate in joint ventures. My experience organizing the main contractor and a multitude of subcontractors, and the purchase, supply and delivery of materials, plus coordination of architects' and engineers' instructions and change orders, makes the management of a joint venture between two or three business entities a relatively simple process.
